Great news, this retreat is in Dallas!
We are inclined to trust leaders… who are self aware… who take responsibility for their role in the relationship…who demonstrate that they consider the best interests of others than just themselves…who do what they say they will do…who practice the values they tell us are important to them… who listen and respond to our needs and interests.
- Michelle and Dennis Reina, “The Truth About Trust and Betrayal”
All individuals in a community or organization remain dependent upon others to achieve desired outcomes and feel empowered by their efforts. Such dependencies create a sense of mutual vulnerability for all individuals involved. Therefore, deliberate action taken by anyone to reduce this sense of vulnerability in others – to make them feel safe and secure – builds trust across the community and organization.
This day long retreat will focus on exploring and understanding trustworthy qualities (respect, personal regard, competency in role and personal integrity) in yourself and others which should exist in order for relational trust to thrive in the workplace.
All Courage & Renwal - North Texas retreats utilize the Circles of Trust model of personal and professional renewal developed by Parker J. Palmer.
Your Facilitator for this retreat is Ann Faulkner.
