Whether it involves personal or professional issues, change is an inevitable.  The better you understand the nature of change and how you react to it, the better you can manage it and make the most of the challenges and opportunities that it creates.

This one-day retreat will help you to develop a better understanding of the natural cycles of change that you will face throughout your lifetime and how you consciously and subconsciously react to those cycles.  Through lively exchanges with others, quiet introspection and positive guidance from the facilitator, you’ll focus on ways to strengthen and develop your personal integrity and ability to manage change so that it becomes a positive force in your continuing development and growth.

This retreat will utilize the Circles of Trust model of personal and professional renewal developed by Parker J. Palmer.
