Renewal Retreats

LeaderConnection Retreats for Particular Vocations

These renewal retreats are meeting series consisting of a full-day retreat and six two-hour sessions where leaders from a particular vocation gather for:

  • Mutual support
  • Honest conversation about the challenges and opportunities related to role
  • Learning from one another and together
  • Development of strong, trustworthy relationships with colleagues
  • Practice of skills that enable each person to lead from a place of authenticity, integrity, courage and impact
  • Development of practices that can be used in organizational leadership to increase trust, commitment, capacity, and contribution
