Renewing the Call

Tarrant Area Community of Churches (TACC) and Courage & Renewal – North Texas (CRNT) invites you to participate in an exploration of the pressing questions of vocational ministry.

A cohort group of 12-15 clergy will meet for reflection and conversation. The meeting format will be based upon Circles of Trust® a model of personal and professional renewal, developed by Parker J. Palmer, PhD.  and the national Center for Courage & Renewal.  At each meeting, the group will consider and reflect upon a question of vocation, questions like:

• How do I renew my sense of call when ministry gets routine?
• How do I respond to the changing seasons of my vocation?
• How do I, as a congregational leader, discern with my congregation where God is calling us to serve in the midst of foundational changes in the church and the world around it?
• How do I understand my call to ministry in the changing context of the church and the culture?

The exploration will begin with a One-Day retreat followed by 5 Two-Hour sessions.  The schedule below includes the dates, time and locations for the retreat and meetings.
