LeaderConnection for Teacher Leaders

These are times when teachers are being asked to provide leadership as  never done before.  Governments, parents, and administration are asking more of teachers with fewer resources.  It requires us to look deep within our schools and within ourselves to find what is required.  And it requires us to look to and with one another for partnerships as never before. 

LeaderConnection for Teacher Leaders is an opportunity for  teachers to explore and discuss questions and issues of their profession as well as share stories, experiences and wisdom as a way to learn from and support each other.  Colleagues will gather for:

* Mutual support in the task of teacher leadership in schools

* Honest conversation about the challenges and opportunities related to the role

* Learning from one another and together

* Development of strong, trustworthy relationships with colleagues

* Practice of skills that enable each person to lead from a place of authenticity, integrity, courage 
   and impact.

* Development of practices that can be shared and used in your school.

UPDATE!: LeaderConnection for Teacher Leaders has been rescheduled to begin July 7th.  We hope rescheduling this program will give more leaders a chance to join this exciting program.

Cost:  $150 for full day retreat and 6 two hour meeting sessions; includes light snacks for sessions
