LeaderConnection

In support of the leaders in our community during these challenging times, Courage & Renewal- North Texas (CRNT) introduces LeaderConnection. This program is a meeting series consisting of two hour sessions where leaders from a particular vocation gather for:  

·         Mutual support

·         Honest conversation about the challenges and opportunities related to role

·         Learning from one another and together

·         Development of strong, trustworthy relationships with colleagues

·         Practice of skills that enable each person to lead from a place of authenticity, integrity, courage and impact.

·         Development of practices that can be used in organizational leadership to increase trust,
commitment, capacity, and contribution.
