Refunds and Cancellations, Financial Assistance, CEUs

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Should you need to cancel your registration prior to 1 month for a retreat series or 2 weeks for an individual retreat before the retreat begins, we will gladly refund your deposit minus an administrative fee of $25 for individual retreats and $75 for retreat series.
  • We are unable to offer deposit/fee refunds for cancellations made less than one month for a retreat series or 2 weeks for an individual retreat prior to the beginning of the retreat.
  • Minimum number of registrations required for a retreat to be held is 15 participants. Should Courage and Renewal-North Texas need to cancel a retreat, we will refund the entire deposit/fees paid.

Financial Assistance:

  • Limited Financial Assistance may be available for specific retreats. If interested, please provide information as requested on the registration form.

Continuing Education Units:

  • CEU - General CEU are available from Texas Christian University for a fee of $10. If you are interested in Continuing Education Units, please complete the section on your registration form. On occasion CEUs approved for a specific discipline are available. When that is the case, it will be indicated on the information about the retreat and the registration form.
